RECOMMENDED USAGE
For one serving, dissolve two slightly rounded scoops (+/- 15 g) in a glass of water or beverage of your choice. Ideally, take one serving immediately after exercise, blended into a high protein recovery shake or smoothie, or in the morning with breakfast. Alternatively, use as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
