RECOMMENDED USAGE
For one serving, add 6g (two level scoops) to 100 ml cold water or beverage of your choice i.e. oat or almond milk, and stir until fully dissolved and then consume. Alternatively, blend in a shaker with water or beverage of choice.
Take one serving with breakfast or whenever you are needing a mental performance boost. Nootropic Mind Health starts working in around half an hour so it is best taken at least 30 minutes before study sessions, exams or other activities requiring increased alertness and sharper mental focus.
