RECOMMENDED USAGE

As a food supplement for adults, four softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Amazing product - high quality!

I have loved using this omega 3 supplement for my aches in my joints. I feel that together with the other changes I have made, this supplement made a difference. They are a little big, so as long as you don't mind that then a good option to go for. They also don't repeat on me which is a huge win!
