    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    Omegagenics Algae Omega-3's 300 mg by Metagenics helps to support cognitive health and brain function. Features a concentrated, purified vegetarian source of omega 3 fatty acids from the microalgae Schizocytrium sp. Each softgel provides 300 mg of omega 3 in the triglyceride form.

    RECOMMENDED USAGE

    Take two softgels up to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    COMPOSITION

    Omega 3 fatty acids triglycerides (from microalgae Schizochytrium sp.) (parts : whole) 600 mg
    DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid triglyceride) 360 mg
    EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid triglyceride) 180 mg

    Effective Omega Supplement for Vegetarians

    I've switched to OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 300 Algae for the past 12 months and believe this is the best vegetarian Omega supplement available in South Africa, owning to its clean ingredient formulation. It's no wonder the product is often sold-out in SA - despite the hefty price tag.
