Nestle OPTIFAST® Shake Chocolate is a nutritionally complete, very low-calorie meal replacement formulated for clinical weight management. Each sachet provides 20 grams of protein along with 27 essential vitamins and minerals, supporting comprehensive nutritional needs during calorie restriction. This shake is intended for use within a structured program, typically under the guidance of a healthcare professional, for individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher or those with weight-related comorbidities.

Best tasting shake I ever had!

Awesome Shakes

The Chocolate shake is undoubtedly the best chocolate drink I have ever tasted. It gives just the right amount of richness and sweetness, and it feels like you are eating chocolate dessert all the time - which is a huge bonus to satisfy the sweet tooth craving when you have a love for chocolate, whilst ensuring that the weight loss is happening. I like putting the shake in the freezer for an hour and a half, which comes out very much like rich chocolate ice cream. Well done on the combination of ingredients - you have a winner in my eyes!! In addition to the chocolate shake, I also consume the Vanilla one - which is just as satisfying and tasty. I have recently tried Coffee and Strawberry, and they are equally as nice. Congratulations all around and please do not change the formula.

So when you are told that a meal replacement plan needs to be in place for 8 weeks, its a panic station ! You want me to what ? Not eat for 8 weeks ? are you mad in your head !!!
And now - three weeks in and I adore my chocolate meal - still filled with the necessary vitamins and minerals and stuff I've yet to understand - and best of all - I Don't Feel Hungry at All ! Roll on the next 5 weeks !

Of all the flavours chocolate is the best. It is filling, not too sweet, and a great replacement for breakfast. I blend mine with a few ice cubes and if I am having a busy morning, will throw in a tablespoon of seeds and a banana which sees me through until lunch time. It also helps curb the sugar carvings!
