OPTIFAST® Shake Strawberry is a scientifically formulated, nutritionally complete meal replacement designed for individuals requiring a very low-calorie diet (VLCD). Each sachet delivers essential macro- and micronutrients, including high-quality protein, 28 vitamins and minerals, and dietary fibre, while carefully controlling caloric intake. This approach facilitates significant and sustained weight reduction, particularly beneficial for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or those with weight-related co-morbidities, when used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
OPTIFAST® by Nestlé is recommended for use under the supervision of a healthcare professional or dietitian.
