Nestle Health Science OPTIFAST® Shake Vanilla is a nutritionally complete, very low-calorie meal replacement formulated to support structured weight management programmes. Each sachet provides 20g of protein to help maintain muscle mass during caloric restriction, alongside a comprehensive blend of 27 essential vitamins and minerals for balanced nutrition. Designed for use under healthcare supervision, this shake facilitates significant weight reduction for adults with elevated BMI, contributing to improved health outcomes by addressing weight-related co-morbidities.

Optifast Vanilla shake

I love the vanilla shake as a breakfast shake. I dissolve 1 tsp of coffee in a bit of hot water first, then add the recommended amount of cold water needed to make the shake . I add the mix and then shake or blend it. I sometimes add a bit of cinnamon into it as well. Its absolutely delicious. The shake fills you up, that you really don't need anything else. I try to drink it at about 09h00 in the morning and have my lunch shake at about 14h00.

I have tried the vanilla and coffee shakes. Tastes great and not to sweet. Quick and convenient on the go. I like the coffee shake with lots of ice like a iced coffee and the vanilla tastes like pudding. Keeps me full for a while. Definitely a keeper

Tasty and not too sweet

My first Optifast product - subtle vanilla flavour, not to sweet. I use about 700ml cold water and shake it over ice. Really good qnd refreshing. Also keeps my feeling full for longer than I'd imagined.

It's my personal taste I guess, but I don't like the vanilla at all ! I am even scared to order strawberry as I may not like it. I wish OPTIFAST could put sample packets in their different boxes so you dont have to spend the money not knowing if you will like it :(

Great tasting shake with an authentic vanilla flavour. The powder dissolves fairly quickly which is great if you on the go. You feel full for a good couple of hours which is a plus and helps with sugar cravings especially during the day.

I have been using Optifast for almost 6months and I enjoy all the flavours. However I enjoy the Vanilla a bit more as I can put cinnamon in or coffee if there is days I feel like spicing it up. So having Optifast is never boring, but filling, satisfying and delicious.
