PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) by Your Wellbeing is a type of phospholipid. It is has traditionally been used to support brain health, memory and cognitive function but can also support liver function and keep cholesterol levels in check. Phosphatidylcholine has also been used for the treatment of fatty liver.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take one capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
