PMX is formulated to provide nutritional support and targeted relief during specific stages of the female reproductive cycle, including:

  • The onset of menstruation (puberty), typically starting from the age of 12 years.
  • Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).

Recommended Usage

Take one pink film coated tablet in the morning with breakfast, and one yellow softgel capsule at night with dinner.

  • Renal osteodystrophy with hyperphosphataemia (risk of metastatic calcification);
  • Are allergic to Fish or Fish products. The Soft-Gel capsule may contain traces of soybeans, fish, and products thereof.
