PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Highly bioavailable form of potassium and magnesium in one convenient capsule. These two minerals are important for all-round health and wellbeing and it can be difficult to get enough of either in a typical Western diet. Together they can support cardiovascular and muscular health as potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure whilst magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. 

Magnesium is an abundant mineral in the body that plays a key role in over 300 different enzymatic reactions. Indeed, it is often referred to as the ‘spark of life’ due to its importance in the body, and has been shown to support processes ranging from cell division and electrolyte balance through to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Although Magnesium can be obtained through dietary sources, modern diets with higher levels of processed foods are less likely to contain sufficient levels of vitamins and minerals.  Furthermore, intensive farming practices have reduced magnesium levels in the soil by up to 40% meaning that our foods are less nutritionally dense than they previously were.

In this formula, magnesium has been paired with potassium - an essential mineral which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure, the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

As a food supplement, take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
