Preggy Mama from AnaStellar is a cost effective, high value, pregnancy vitamin and mineral supplement that contains the active form of folate, chelated iron and other essential vitamins and minerals for mom and baby.
Preggy Mama can be taken prior to falling pregnant (conception), during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
Preggy Mama could be of benefit for the following people:
- Preconception – women who are wanting to fall pregnant should start taking a pregnancy vitamin that contains folate/folic acid at least 2 to 3 months prior to falling pregnant.
- Pregnancy - Preggy Mama is suitable for women who struggle with morning sickness and nausea as it is only one tablet. The tablet can be crushed and taken with a meal.
- Breastfeeding

Take one multivitamin tablet daily with breakfast.
