RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults 12 years and older: Take four level scoops (53 g) of Replace® and add gradually to 200 ml of water or milk - while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved). Makes 7 servings.

STORAGE

Keep this product in a cool (under 25 °C), dry (below 65 % humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate.

Tube feeding: Administer tube feeding as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
