Blood sugar regulation support:

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults 12 years and older: Take four (4) level scoops (52 g) of Replace® Diabetic and add gradually to 190 ml of cold water while stirring (mix until power is dissolved). Take 1 - 2 servings daily as a meal or snack. Makes 7 servings. Do not add salt and/or sugar to this product. Consume reconstituted product within 4 hours or within 24 hours when refrigerated. Shake or stir the product before use.

STORAGE

Keep this product in a cool (under 25 °c), dry (below 65 % humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate.

Tube feeding: Administer tube feeding as directed by your healthcare practitioner. The condition and physical ability of the patient to cope with formula will dictate the pace and quantity of administration, as well as the strength of the dilution. Prepare and administer Replace under hygienic conditions.
