This delicious shake has been specifically formulated for kids from 3 to 12 years of age and is available in three delicious flavours: Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

To replace a meal: Take four level scoops (53 g) of Replace Junior and add gradually to 190 ml of cold water while stirring. (mix until powder is dissolved)

For a light snack: Take two level scoops (57 g) of Replace Junior and add gradually to 95 ml of cold water while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved) Recommended use: Children 3 - 10 years: 1 - 2 servings daily or as required Children 10 - 12 years 2 - 3 servings daily or as required

Consume reconstituted product within 4 hours or within 24 hours when refrigerated. Shake or stir the product before use. Not suitable for infant feeding. Nutritional supplements should not be a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

STORAGE

Keep this product in a cool (under 25 °c), dry (below 65 % humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate.

Do not use this product if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Tube Feeding: Administer tube feeding as directed by your healthcare professional. The condition and physical ability of the patient to cope with formula will dictate the pace and quantity of administration, as well as the strength of the dilution. Prepare and administer Replace under hygienic conditions. This product is not suitable for parenteral administration.
