PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Agnus Castus by Sfera is a Western herbal medicine which is used to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes.
It is also used (as a hormone normaliser) to help stabilise menstrual cycle irregularities and relieve premenstrual symptoms.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Adult women: Take one capsule daily in the morning with food or as directed by your healthcare provider. Use for at least three months to see beneficial effects.
