Maca is a Peruvian plant which is a source of antioxidants. Black Maca by Sfera helps support healthy mood balance during menopause and emotional aspects of sexual health.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one to six capsules daily with water on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.
