Solal® Sleep Naturally™ — Promotes Restful Glycine & Magnesium

Glycine functions as an inhibitory neurotransmitter, elevating central nervous system concentrations to induce a state of calm. Theanine contributes to relaxation by supporting alpha brain wave activity, associated with reduced stress and anxiety. Magnesium is crucial for muscle relaxation and modulates neurotransmitter release, preventing excessive excitatory signals in the brain and facilitating profound, natural sleep.

Recommended Usage

Adults: Dissolve one sachet into approximately 100 ml water at bedtime. Consume within 24 hours of mixing.

This drink is sugar free and will not promote dental caries. You do not have to brush your teeth after drinking.

Restful sleep
