PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Stellar-Mama is a comprehensive pregnancy vitamin and mineral supplement that contains the active form of folate, myo-inositol, active vitamins B6 and B12, collagen, vitamin K2, omega 3 and other essential nutrients for mom and baby. Women who are wanting to fall pregnant should start taking a pregnancy vitamin that contains folate / folic acid at least 2 to 3 months prior to falling pregnant.
Stellar-Mama could be of benefit during preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Morning: Take one white multivitamin capsule with breakfast.
Evening: Take one white calcium and collagen tablet and one omega 3 softgel capsule with dinner.
Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

STELLAR-MAMA should not be used by persons suffering from:
- conditions associated with hypercalcaemia and hypercalciuria, and in renal impairment (chronic);
- renal osteodystrophy with hyperphosphataemia (risk of metastatic calcification).
- Wilson’s disease (the disorder may be exacerbated);
- Hepatic and biliary disease.
- Allergy to Fish or Fish Products.
