Stellar Mama from AnaStellar is a comprehensive pregnancy vitamin and mineral supplement that contains the active form of folate, calcium, chelated iron, omega 3 and other essential vitamins and minerals for mom and baby. Stellar-Mama can be taken prior to falling pregnant (conception), during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
Stellar Mama could be of benefit for the following people:
- Preconception – women who are wanting to fall pregnant should start taking a pregnancy vitamin that contains folate/folic acid at least 2 to 3 months prior to falling pregnant

Each Stellar Mama Pack contains a 30-day supply of the 3 components:

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one white multivitamin capsule in the morning with breakfast. Take one white calcium tablet and one clear omega 3 capsule at night with dinner.
