    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    Genologix Valerian is native to Europe and Northern Asia and has been used for millennia as a sleep and relaxation aid.

    Valerian also promotes feelings of calm, decreases levels of anxiety and reduces stress. It does this by boosting GABA in your brain, inhibiting GABA reuptake, modulating serotonin and norepinephrine, and activating adenosine receptors.

    RECOMMENDED USAGE

    Take one to two capsules daily, with or without food.
