    MethylCare® by Metagenics is a comprehensive formula that features calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, a body-ready, nature-identical folate, along with N-acetyl-L-cysteine, vitamins B6 and methylated B12, and betaine HCl. Together, these nutrients support methylation, which promotes healthy homocysteine metabolism.

    RECOMMENDED USAGE

    Take one capsule once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    COMPOSITION

    L-Cysteine (as N-acetyl-L-cysteine) 300 mg
    Betaine (as betaine HCl) 250 mg
    Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 12.5 mg
    Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 800 mcg
    Zinc (as zinc citrate) 750 mcg
    Folate (as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 500 mcg
    Manganese (as manganese citrate) 200 mcg
    Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 100 mcg
    Molybdenum (as sodium molybdate) 7.5 mcg


    OTHER INGREDIENTS

    Dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium carbonate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide.

    Has replaced my incense in my home

    Unlike some others, I really enjoy the smell. When I run out of the product, I quickly replace it so that I can get another deep whiff as soon as possible. It really takes me back to my time spent at the chicken farm :)

    Im not sure of the benefits of this product yet, but I can tell you that every time I open the bottle to take the supplement, it really smells like rotten eggs. That is not very pleasant.

    Hi Anita - thank you for your review. The reason for the smell is due to the sulphur present in the product. This is a very important nutrient found in the Methyl care supplement. A suggestion would be to leave the bottle open overnight. Exposure of the product is not a problem as the nutrients are protected by the capsule.
