GlucaChol-22® from At Life is a 100% concentrated oat bran powder made from oats and is especially high in oat beta-glucan.
GlucaChol-22® contains high concentrations of valuable oat beta-glucans, soluble dietary fibres, which are the active ingredients in oats that may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by reducing blood cholesterol levels.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Use 1½ scoops of GlucaChol-22® per day in drinks, over meals or mix into yoghurt, gravies and soups. 1½ scoops of GlucaChol-22® provides 3g oat beta-glucan.
