TAM by Panaxea is designed to be used as a co-prescription to conventional oestrogen-binding medications. TAM enhances macrophage stimulation and helps protect the body from medication side-effects. However, it does not reduce the efficacy of hormone antagonists

Caution: Monitor with CYP 2d6 test if possible
Caution with SSRIs. Monitor red blood cell count.
