This nourishing moisturiser is perfect for dry skin, sensitive skin, or a damaged skin barrier. It is used in skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne as an adjuvant to treatment and many other skin conditions. It is also stable when compounded with topical steroids, antifungals and antibacterials. 

Postbiotic Ointment 50g :

Postbiotic Ointment specially formulated to repair very dry or cracked skin. It is used in severe skin conditions where a barrier product is needed. It is also stable when compounded with other topicals such as steroids, antifungals and antibacterials.

DIRECTIONS

Postbiotic Enriched Cream 400ml :

1. Cleanse area with BiomeRenew® Postbiotic Glycerin Soap
