    ImmuDefense by Metagenics contains vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, and selenium to support the immune system. This all-in-one combination of essential vitamins and minerals is specifically designed to support the immune system and to keep the body’s natural immune response functioning optimally.

    RECOMMENDED USAGE

    Take one capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid): 200 mg
    Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol): 25 mcg (1,000 I.U.)
    Selenium (as selenomethionine): 27.5 mcg
    Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate): 15 mg
    Quercetin: 50 mg
