PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Specially formulated to optimize absorption and prevent gastrointestinal side effects. Magnesium Glycinate Plus by Your Wellbeing assists with heart, brain, bone, nerve and muscle health. It also acts as an energizer for both the body and mitochondria.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take one capsule one to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.

Excellent Mag Glycinate Plus

One of the better Magnesium Glycinate that i have used.
I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid and Hashimotos so it is really important for me to use a good quality and a high dose of MG. This was reccommended by my functional doctor.

No more sleeping tablets

I have been suffering from Insomnia and have been drinking sleeping tablets to fall asleep at night for almost 5 years now. A health practitioner recommended i start drinking the Magnesium Glycinate Plus. I can say it has been 3 months now and no more insomnia. whoop whoop. I drink it 30 min before bed time and i fall asleep without sleeping tablets. I have more energy as a result of getting some good nights rest. So i will highly recommend this product.
