PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NOVASOURCE® Renal by Nestlé is a calorically dense, high protein and complete nutrition formula to meet the needs of people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis or acute kidney injury (AKI). It is low in electrolytes for the dietary management of individuals with CKD and for those requiring electrolyte restrictions. It is suitable for oral or tube feed use.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Recommended daily intake: Up to 5 bottles a day depending on patient's fluid and protein requirement or restrictions, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Tube feeding: Pour directly into tube feeding container. Adjust formula flow rate and volume to patient's condition and tolerance. Provide additional water to meet fluid requirements. Avoid contamination during preparation and use. Do not add food or drugs, if product is tube-fed. Oral Feeding: Chill before serving.
