Super B Complex by Your Wellbeing combines multiple B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid and B12) which help support the production of cellular energy and normal functioning of the nervous system in optimum dosage and ratios. Promoting overall body benefit and support for stress, healthy adrenal function and energy production.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take one capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
