OPTIFAST® by Nestlé is recommended for use under the supervision of a healthcare professional or dietitian.
Overview of the OPTIFAST® Programme:

- Very low-calorie meal replacement plan

Indicated for:
Adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 plus weight-related co-morbidities such as:
- Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- High blood sugar levels
- Family history of heart disease
- Sleep apnoea
- Weight reduction prior to surgery
