PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

OPTIFAST® GlucoSmart by Nestlé is very high in chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and contains mulberry leaf, a traditional ingredient, which is clinically proven to help maintain normal blood glucose levels after a meal. OPTIFAST® GlucoSmart is high in fibre.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Use up to three servings a per day with main meals. Convenient and easy to use, just sprinkle over food. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Optifast

will need more time to decide if it is lowering my blood sugar. Haven't used my sugar machine recently so will ait another week as i feel the the product will
take a few more days.
