PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sceletium appears to have inhibitory effects on the serotonin transporter (SERT). It is thought that this is relevant to supplementation of Sceletium as serotonin reuptake inhibitors are used in the treatment of anxiety.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take one capsule daily (with or without meals).

Dose can be increased to one capsule twice daily if needed.
